Getting There
Public Transit
Public transportation via the Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) was the most popular
option. The School of Business is a five minute walk from the University Bus and LRT station.
Thanks to our sponsor, the Edmonton Transit Service (ETS),
the City of Edmonton atttendees received free transit passes for May 5
and 6, 2010.
You can use one of these online services to plan your ETS trip.

Here is a map with a pictorial representation of the route from the
University Bus and LRT station to the School of Business building on the
main University Campus.
- Exit from the LRT on to street level at University station. The HUB exit is closer to the business building and also allows you to travel through HUB to the Business building in case of inclement weather
but any University station exit will do.
- If you're coming from the HUB exit, go west out of the doors and
then north towards the Rutherford Library. If you're coming from the Dentistry Pharmacy exit, go east (towards HUB) and then north. Please be mindful of bus traffic as during the mornings can be a busy time in that area. If you find 87th
Avenue, you have gone south and need to turn around.
- The library should pass by on your right hand side keep going north into the courtyard north of the library (often referred to as the arts quad).
- As you enter the courtyard a red brick building known as the Arts Building will be on your left.
Continue north past the front door. Straight ahead will be the main doorway to the School of Business building. You will see a large white sign with the "Alberta School of Business" logo on it. You have arrived at the
School of Business.
